Justin Bieber surprised

I did what?!

Justin Bieber’s legal team is denying allegations that the 17-year-old fathered a baby with a 20-year-old California woman. The woman, Mariah Yeater, says the teen superstar is the father of her 4-month-old son Tristyn. Yeater filed a lawsuit in San Diego County Superior Court  demanding  Bieber take a paternity test and “provide adequate support” for her baby. A hearing is scheduled for December 15.

According to court documents, Yeater was in the front row at Bieber’s L.A. concert last October 25, when a security guard invited her to meet the Biebs backstage. Yeater says it was obvious the two were “mutually attracted to each other,” and they started kissing. It was then she alleges Bieber brought her into a bathroom and “told me he wanted to make love to me and that this was going to be his first time.” Bieber allegedly promised his phone number to Yeater so she could “be at his future concerts too.”  Yeater said it only lasted “approximately 30 seconds” and that Bieber did not give her his number afterwards. Exactly 36 weeks and 2 days later, Yeater gave birth, but when she tried to contact Bieber’s representatives, they did not respond.

Well I can tell you who Bieber doesn't want to see under the Mistletoe..

Team Bieber called the allegations “defamatory and demonstrably false.” If Yeater’s accusations are false, she could face a defamation of character lawsuit from the Biebs, but she is likely judgment proof. Court documents show  she is an unemployed high school dropout who made only $10 an hour at her last job. She owes $25,000 to the hospital where she gave birth, which she of course wants Bieber to pay. On top of that, she is seeking over $11,000 a month in child support, including $5,000 a month for childcare. What kind of daycare is this kid going to? I ain’t sayin’ she a golddigger, but…

The timing of Yeater’s lawsuit is curious. Bieber’s Christmas album “Mistletoe” debuted Tuesday and she could be trying to capitalize on the wave of publicity accompanying the release. It’s even more interesting that if Yeater and Bieber did have sex, she would have been 19-years-old and Bieber only 16-years-old. Under the California Penal Code, Yeater would be guilty of having “unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor three years younger,” which is a misdemeanor punishable with up to a $10,000 fine. However, the statute of limitations for such an offense is only one year. The one-year anniversary of Bieber and Yeater’s alleged tryst was conveniently one week ago.

In the meantime, Bieber plans to ” ignore the rumors…and focus on what is real,” and tells his fans to “Judge me on the music . . . Nothing will stop me from that focus. NOTHING.” Although maybe he should take some time to appear on Maury . . .

P.S.  Here are some pictures of Ms. Yeater, so you can see why the Biebs found her so “irresistible.”
